Franco Reda is a Chicago based Software Engineer.
For the last three years, I’ve honed my skills working on a regulatory compliance platform at Donnelley Financial Solutions. I gained a lot of familiarity with the front-end being our primary React Developer, and then later helped our team migrate that functionality over to Blazor. I also worked throughout the stack working on both our C# based API layer and tracking down low-quality data in our tSQL database with our data ingestion team.
I am constantly trying to improve my engineering skills. I am currently enrolled in Andrew Ng’s Machine Learning course and have been studying GraphQL through Ben Awad’s Fullstack tutorials. I also volunteer my time as a member of the Chicago International Model United Nation’s engineering team, here I’ve helped build out their client-facing website with TypeScript as well as their internal staff application management system.
